We will always endeavour to ensure your order reaches the correct address but it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the correct address is provided at the point of order.

Import Taxes & Duties

Please be advised that custom charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination and may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Reckless Road. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Returns

If you would like to return your item(s) for a refund or an exchange you have 14 days from the day of receipt to let us know you wish to do so.

All items must have the original tags intact and unworn.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your refund will have the original shipping costs deducted. If you request an exchange the replacement order will be shipped free of charge within the UK.
please note when returning an item for any reason, we are not responsible for the item until we receive them, and the buyer will be responsible for for the costs of returning the item.
